    Project lead and the lead of deployment, starting from POC to technical design working closely with solution architects to group and design applications that will be reflected in application map.

    I built all dashboards, health rules, polices, daily reports and I was the point of communication with Appdynamics HQ to build "Case Study".

    ★Data Center Migration Project :

    Was part of migration process and monitoring of all core systems, In-house applications, website and mobile from an old data center to virtual cloud, in addition to planning, reconfiguring and troubleshooting during and after the migration by reducing the MTTR to a lower percentage.
